Looking for all of the details for Saturday, May 11? You have come to the right place! Below you will find a list of all the topics that this page covers. As you can see, it’s a lot! We can’t wait for you to join us on Mother’s Day Weekend to once again save lives in Kim’s memory and continue to break our own state record for largest one-day blood drive in the state! As always, everything is free & family-friendly!
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and event check-in.
LAST WALK IN: You can show up with no appointment and donate 8:00 am – 2:50 pm.
Also, we know many of you have very busy days and are squeezing your blood donation in between sports and activities. That is why we have increased the number of blood donation beds we will have by over 50% and will have separate check-ins for those with appointments and those who are doing walk-in donations. In both cases, we will get you in-and-out swiftly!

PARKING: You can park in the north parking lot (entrances off Mill or Ogden) or the south parking lot (entrance off Mill). You will want to avoid the west parking lot (by the football field) as there is a volleyball tournament in the field house that day.
ENTERING: You can enter through the main front doors (north) or the doors by the performing arts center (south) and our volunteers will let you know where to go! (Volunteer check-in will be right inside the main entrance!)
The Hamilton Collection will be bringing some of their coolest supercars and hypercars, including their brand new Rimac Nevera, which is not only one of the rarest cars in the world but it is also the fastest non-racing car in the world! Check out their vlog post about its arrival HERE.
The car show tent will be open from 8am-4pm. To get into The Hamilton Collection tent, one person in your party must either donate blood or be an event volunteer.
Once inside the tent, The Hamilton Collection team will help you with photos near and inside the cars, and perhaps you might even get the chance to rev an engine!
The Hamilton Collection motto is “Driven To Give Back”, and they are committed to never profiting off of this privately-owned collection. They provide unparalleled access to rare vehicles and help raise money for various charities in the process. Each month they donate the proceeds from their YouTube channel to a different charity.
Check out these amazing vendors who will be serving food throughout the day. Most food trucks require you to put down a deposit for a minimum guarantee, but all of our vendors 100% waive that fee for us to support A Pint For Kim. So please support these amazing restaurants who add so much fun to the day. Even if you only have 15 minutes between sporting events that day and can’t donate blood, feel free to drop in and grab lunch!
One of the most unique parts of our event is the drawing we have each year with around 100 items donated by businesses, families, and other charities.
Each blood donor and event volunteer gets 10 tickets to our annual drawing. This year we once again have over $35,000 in donated prizes! This is just an added fun incentive to encourage blood donors to come out and save lives and for volunteers to make things possible!
As an organization that does not raise money, we also do not sell any extra tickets, so your odds of winning are really high!
When Kim was in the hospital at Edward Hospital, she received many visits from hospital therapy dogs. Starting at the very first blood drive in March 2020, these dogs and their owners have visited the blood drives to provide love and comfort throughout the day.
